Beginner Yoga 4 - Week Series

Interested in yoga but nervous about stepping into the studio and
onto a mat? Come learn to create a solid foundation in order to begin and grow your practice with Brian Stump, RYT200. In this 4-week series, you’ll
learn the essentials of yoga and fundamentals of sun salutations
(sometimes called vinyasa). We will build the postures from the ground up after breaking them down into their elements.  You’ll learn to use props and modify poses to meet your needs, being attentive to injuries and limitations. Finally, and most importantly, we will create a warm and welcoming environment so that you feel comfortable asking questions and can release insecurities. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing.  We have plenty of mats but bring your own if you like!  The whole series is recommended to build the best foundation but if you're not able to attend all 4 classes, no problem! -  you can sign up for individual classes below. 

Cost is $20 per class or $75 for all 4 sessions. Classes held on Tuesday, October 3rd , 10th , 17th , and 24th
from 5:15-6:30pm.
